The Mother’s special will treat diners to buffet items like Espresso Braised Short Rib with Roasted Baby Marble Potatoes and Red Onion Jam; Eggs Benedict with shaved Prosciutto, Citrus Cream Sauce on Black Pepper Chive Biscuits; and Assorted Cake Pops, Pastel Petit Fours. Sunriver: Mother's Day Brunch Buffet at the Meadow's at the Lodge will be hosted Sunday, May 11 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.  Mom can be queen for a day while enjoying cured salmon with capers, hand-rolled sushi, slow roasted prime rib, blintzes and more during a brunch fit for a king – but made for Mom! Adults are $39.95, children 6-12, $19.95 and children 5 years and under are complimentary with paying adult. Reservations required. Menu.

The Benson: Celebrate all the Mothers in your life with champagne brunch in The London Grill on May 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy a delicious array of mouth-watering food, including fresh fruits, homemade pastries, salads, scrumptious hot meats, made-to-order omelets and more. Marcus Whitman: Celebrate Mother’s Day at the Marc Restaurant on May 11 where diners will enjoy a bountiful buffet prepared by James Beard-recognized Chef Antonio Campolio and mothers will be treated to complimentary champagne or mimosa. The menu features traditional and modern breakfast items including strawberries and cream stuffed brioche French toast with vanilla-infused maple syrup, classic eggs benedict with house-made Canadian bacon and a traditional omelet station with assorted local meats, cheeses and vegetables. $33.95 for adults, $29.95 for seniors, $19.95 for children and children 5 and under are free.
