Hey fellow racing enthusiasts! I'm a proud mom whose son has been tearing up the track at Washington Quarter Midget Association (WQMA) for four thrilling years, and guess what? My daughter is gearing up to join the action! As we eagerly anticipate her training starting in March, I wanted to share a glimpse into the incredible world of quarter midget racing at WQMA.

The Need for Speed:
At WQMA, the thrill of quarter midget racing isn't just a sport; it's a family affair. Little speed demons zip around an oval track, fueling their passion for speed and competition. With my son's experience and my daughter's training about to kick off, I can attest to the sheer joy and excitement this sport brings to our family.

Family-Friendly Vibes:
What sets WQMA apart is the fantastic community vibe. Over the years, I've witnessed the supportive environment that encourages both seasoned and budding racers. The pit area is hub of excitement, with families sharing in the highs and lows of race day. It's more than a sport; it's a tight-knit community that celebrates every victory, big or small.

Safety First, Always:
As a mom, safety is non-negotiable. WQMA shares this sentiment, making sure that all participants adhere to strict safety standards and gear up appropriately. Knowing my kids are in a secure and monitored environment puts my mind at ease while they indulge in their need for speed.

Life Lessons on the Track:
Beyond the roar of engines, quarter midget racing at WQMA is a fantastic learning experience for kids. From honing driving skills to understanding the mechanics of the sport, it's an educational journey wrapped in excitement. It's about instilling values that last a lifetime. In this family-friendly environment, kids learn how to win and lose graciously, about sportsmanship, and build friendships that go beyond the track. The camaraderie and support within the WQMA community are unmatched, creating an atmosphere where everyone cheers for each other.

Get Involved and Support:
If your curiosity is piqued, and you're considering getting your kids involved, WQMA welcomes newcomers with open arms. From training programs to a supportive community, it's the perfect place for your little racer to find their groove. Novice training starts in March! Register here.
