Cut Your Own in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest
A true family adventure, but requires preparation! Get a tree early before snow falls as most trees are reached by narrow, unplowed mountain roads. High-clearance vehicles are often required along with tire chains and a shovel. Permits are $10 and can be purchased at a variety of Ranger Stations and select REI stores, now through December 24th.
