Nominate the businesses and places your family loves most in our community: your favorite small businesses, service providers, places to play or shop, restaurants and more!
Macaroni KID Cherry Valley's Family Favorite Awards recognize the most beloved local businesses for kids and families in Monroe, Duvall, Carnation, or Clearview, Washington. We want your family to help us choose the best of the best!
So... who do parents turn to when they want to find the best places to go, the best doctors, or the best party venues? Other parents! We want YOU to nominate the businesses that your family loves in the Cherry Valley area!
How Do You Get Started?
From now through January 20th 2024 at 11:59 pm, simply show the love by nominating your favorite Cherry Valley area businesses! Nominate as many businesses as you would like. This is your chance to support all of those awesome, local businesses you go to all the time and that other parents might not know about. To keep it fair, only one submission per email address please; you must be a subscriber to Macaroni KID Cherry Valley to nominate.

What's In It For The Businesses?
After the nominating round, Macaroni KID subscribers will then be voting for the winners. We will announce the finalists and winners of each category in upcoming newsletters. The winning business in each category will receive free premium placement in our Business Directory for yearlong recognition, a 2023 Macaroni KID Family Favorite Awards certificate, a window cling to display at their place of business, plus the honor of knowing that local Cherry Valley families think they are the best!
The local business with the highest number of votes overall will win a 3-month side bar ad in the Macaroni KID Cherry newsletter!
Are you a local business owner? Feel free to promote this contest on your own client lists, newsletters, website, and social media!
The Family Favorite Awards SCHEDULE
- Nominations are open from January 2nd, 2024 through January 20th, 2024.
- Starting January 25th, 2024, you can vote for the businesses that moved onto the voting round. Only the top 3 businesses in each category will be selected for the voting round.
- Voting will close on February 5th, 2024.
- Winners will be announced on February 12th, 2024.
RULES
- Submit only one nomination ballot per email address; please nominate businesses in at least five categories.
- To nominate a business you must be a Macaroni KID Cherry email subscriber, to sign up click here.
- Votes with invalid email addresses will not count and may disqualify the nominee from winning. It is against policy to place a vote using any email address other than your own.
- Only the top 3 nominations in each category will be selected for voting.
- Macaroni KID Cherry Valley families will then vote on their favorites and one winner from each category will be selected.
- Macaroni KID Cherry Valley confirms AND validates each email to ensure authenticity.
- Macaroni KID Cherry Valley reserves the right to eliminate votes that are deemed to be invalid or have interfered with the fair administration of this contest.
This gift card contest will run from January 2nd, 2024 through January 20th, 2024 11:59 pm PST. One winner will be selected from all eligible entries on January 22nd, 2024. The winner will be notified by email and will have 24 hours to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be chosen. You MUST be a subscriber to Macaroni KID Cherry Valley and 18 or older to enter. If you are not a subscriber and submit the nomination form, you will be automatically subscribed. This is a Macaroni KID contest taking place on the Macaroni KID Cherry Valley website and newsletter.
