Description

Join us at the Yoga Garden on the first Friday of every month for a free youth yoga class led by Sara Tharrington. Wear comfy clothes that you will be able to stretch in (no jeans). Mats, yoga blocks, blankets and water will all be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like!
