"Embrace your freedom to read with King County Library System's new 1 Million Reads Challenge!

How It Works-

The goal of this new reading challenge is simple: Select any book you want to read. Together, track one million minutes or pages of reading by December 31, 2024. For all ages. Let's make all reading count!

1. Sign up for the challenge.
2. Track your reading online or by using the reading log (PDF).
3. Earn badges for reading.
4. Complete the challenge by December 31, 2024 to enter the prize drawing. You may enter for every 10 hours you've read or listened to books. 

Any kind of reading counts. This includes reading to someone else or listening to an audiobook.

If you complete a printed reading log, you can turn it in at any King County Library System community library.
