Bowling at Kenmore Lanes is back and we were excited! Not only were we excited to bowl, but we were also excited to use our Kids Bowl Free certificates and get two free games of bowling. Kenmore Lanes is located in Kenmore and is the largest bowling center in the area. They provide birthday parties, group events, casual open bowling times, and competitive league play. We have been bowling at Kenmore Lanes for many years and have always had a great time. The employees are always friendly, the place is always clean, and they have some great food in their restaurant. They are also currently the only bowling alley in the area that is honoring the Kids Bowl Free program.
We showed up on Friday at 1:00 pm with 10 people in our group. Luckily for us, they weren't very busy and were able to get set up on 3 bowling lanes together. Right now, they only allow 4 people per lane, that may change as COVID recommendations change. You are also required to wear a mask in the bowling alley and spread out bowling groups to keep people from being on top of each other. One thing I love about Kenmore Lanes is that they are very family friendly. They have bowling ramps for the younger kids and you can set up your alley to use lane bumpers on a per bowler basis, it is not all or nothing.
Kenmore Lanes is open 12 Noon-8pm daily and open play prices range from $2.00 per person, per game to $6.35 depending on the day and time. Shoe rentals are $4.00. Don't forget to check out Kids Bowl Free before you go to get two free games of bowling for the kids in the group, you just have to pay for the shoe rentals. Kids Bowl Free also allow adults to buy a pass for the season which also gives them two free games of bowling per day, the pass is only $29.95! Perfect for rainy days, extra hot days, and days where you just need a quick and cheap way to get the kids out of the house.
We will be going to a new destination for this week's Friday Funday. Be sure to follow us on Instagram to see where we will be!
